Guidelines for renting Højerup Old Church Ruin
Højerup Old Church, located at Stevns Klint, can be booked for civil ceremonies, cultural events, music, lectures, and other occasions. The historic Church ruins is one of the area's most unique attractions, which includes UNESCO World Heritage and creates a very special setting for life's major events. for the celebration of family events, e.g. civil marriage. Church marriage is not permitted. Furthermore, it can be booked for commercial photo shoots.

Rental: 3000 DKK incl. VAT, payable to Selskabet Højeruplund at the time of booking.

When an event is held at the same time as The Højeruplund Inn do you receive a voucher worth 1000 kr. for use at the event at the catering establishment for the same price.

Users must respect that this is a protected church ruin with public access from 10 am to 5 pm from Easter until the end of the autumn holidays. The event must not restrict public access to the church ruin. The booking portal grants access to bookings between 10 am and 5 pm. For bookings outside these hours, please contact the board.

The event must not involve eating or drinking within the church ruins. Commercial catering on the Højeruplund property, including the park and the grove, is reserved for the concessionaire at the refreshment area.

The church ruins are only cleaned minimally on a daily basis. Visitors may, if they wish, undertake further cleaning and decorating themselves, and this must be done with the utmost respect for the protected inventory. Any decorations must be removed immediately after the event.

The furniture must not be moved.

Drones are not permitted to be flown in the area.

When making an enquiry, the nature of the event must be stated.

The Højeruplund company reserves the right to refuse requests for events which, in the board's opinion, do not harmonise with the status of the old church ruin.

Use Online Booking. With online booking, you can book from 48 hours to 12 months in advance of the event. You can choose between “Rent the Old Church for 1 hour” and “Rent the Old Church and hold an event at Traktørstedet Højeruplund in connection with the event itself”.
